These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Kora: Private Browser ("Kora", "the app") for iPhone, provided by BOLISKO LIMITED, D. Michael Tower, Flat 105A, 27–25 Martiou, Egkomi, Nicosia 2408, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Kora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

Kora is a web browser for iPhone with privacy-oriented features such as private tabs, options for deleting browsing data, and tracker and ad blocking. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. What Kora does not promise

Kora is designed to reduce the data left on your device and to limit some tracking. It does not make you anonymous online. Websites you visit, your network operator and your internet provider may still be able to see your activity. Tracker and ad blocking may not block everything, and some websites may not display or work correctly because of it.

3. Your use of the app

You agree to use Kora only in accordance with applicable laws. You must not use the app to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or to interfere with the app or the services it relies on.

4. Third-party websites and content

Kora lets you access websites and content owned by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for that content, its availability or its accuracy, or for the privacy practices of those websites.

5. Purchases

If Kora offers any paid features, they are purchased through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple and can be managed in your Apple Account settings.

6. Licence and ownership

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Kora on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The app, its design, name and content belong to us or our licensors. Except where the law allows, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.

7. Disclaimer

Kora is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your particular needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Kora. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Termination

You can stop using Kora at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or end your access to the app if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms.

10. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Kora after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
